Doing Battle With The Havoc Helis

Monday October 27, 2008
While I still struggle with flying my hobby-grade RC helicopters, I have no problem taking on friends and family with my Havoc Heli Laser Battle set. A lot of the reviews online might make you think you can be engaging in aerial combat the minute you finish charging up the helis. They aren't quire that simple to master. It does take patience. If you are easily frustrated or if it's your first time with toy RC helicopters, expect to spend some time just learning how to fly before you can get into any head-to-head laser battles. But once you've got at least a basic grasp of RC helicopter flight and can keep it hovering, challenge a partner and see how long you can each stay in the air when you're both firing your cannons and dogding each other.

Here's my review of the Air Hogs Havoc Heli Laser Battle set -- a fun way to fly or settle differences.

Have you had good or bad experiences with the Havoc Heli Laser Battle set? Can you write about it objectively? Just scroll to the bottom of my review and submit your own review.
