- Q. What is this site about? Who or what is a 'Guide'?
- A. This is one of hundreds of sites at About.com. This site features articles, reviews, tutorials, tips, and discussion centered on radio controlled vehicles such as electric or gas-powered model cars, trucks, airplanes, and boats and other types of craft. Each About.com site has a Guide who writes those articles, reviews, and tutorials and monitors the discussion forums. For this site, Mike is your Guide. Learn more about me.
- Q. How can I get a review of my RC vehicle, book, magazine, or other radio controlled vehicle product on this site?
- A. If your company manufactures RC vehicles or accessories or you publish books or magazines on any aspect of RCs, I'd love to hear from you. Your product must be directly relevant to radio controlled vehicles. Send me an email (see below) with details and we'll talk.
- Q. How do I unsubscribe from newsletters, change my address, get a new forum password, report problems with ads, or get other technical help?
- A. The Guide does not handle newsletter subscriptions or forum/membership issues. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a newsletter to unsubscribe or change your address. You can also remove yourself from newsletters by visiting: http://talk.about.com. For problems with the forum or other access issues, use the Customer Care Problem Report Form.

- A. Yes, I have an email address. Most questions I receive can be answered on the site or in the forums so don't expect a timely answer if your question is addressed above.
