New Bright Full Function Radio Control Trucks (including Jeep, Land Rover, and Hummer) are recommended for ages 4 and up. Read the box or description because age recommendations on specific vehicles can vary. Trucks are usually 6V (1:14 and smaller) or 9.6V (1:10 and larger) and come with a charger. Vehicles come in either 27MHz or 49MHz frequencies. Not all models come in both frequencies. New Bright models vary from time to time. For example, the F-150 available one year may differ in size or color or detailing from a similar F-150 that was on shelves the year before.

Most of these New Bright trucks are full function (4 directions) with forward/reverse and left/right steering. Be aware, however, that there are some models that offer only forward with reverse turning. These are usually best suited to children around 4-6 years old. Read the box/product description to know what you are getting. For example, there is a 1:24 scale Ford F-150 that has all 4 direction controls and another that is 2 directional (turns by going in reverse).
