Definition: Short for modification, mods are a form of customized reconstruction done to an RC vehicle beyond simply making repairs or replacing one kind of part with another kind. Adding lights, putting grooves in the tires to make it handle better, or cutting the body to make it more aerodynamic are mods that change the appearance or performance of the RC and not simply standard upgrades.
