Prepare for Soldering

Remove the little metal battery contacts to expose the bare wires.

Remove the little metal battery contacts to expose the bare wires.

Remove the positive (+) and negative (-) metal battery contacts from the power leads (wires into the battery compartment from the circuit board) of the RC to expose the bare wires.

You'll be soldering the bare wires of the battery connector to the wires on the positive (+) and negative (-) power leads of the RC.
