- Carrera Motos Rc 1/5
This is a track that I would love to get my nitro RC bike a good test run on. Unfortunately there isn't a track like this one where I live. Which gives me an idea to try to get some of my friends together and try to make a track ourselves in a local parking lot. As for this video clip, the nitro RC bikes start out in the straight but they have a heck of a time making it through the first turn. Nevertheless, through the crashes and tumbles they manage to get their directional heading straight and continue on with the race. This is a well designed track for RC bikes. It allows for acceleration as well as being wide enough for cornering. Overall this is a very interesting video to watch.
- Nitro RC Bike Cam
I think that this video would have been a little more interesting if the RC driver would have put the mini camera facing to the front to give us a view from the rider's perspective. I thought about outfitting my nitro RC bike with a mini cam but I'd need to do something to minimize the vibration which causes the shaking in this video. As you can see from the jolts of the camera these Nitro RC bikes are not easily steerable. They have a tendency to want to lay sideways at low speeds. And the throttle control as well as the steering is very sensitive as to which way and how much you have to lean to turn and how fast you need to accelerate to keep the RC bike upright.
- Ducati 999R Thunder Tiger 1:5 RC Motorbike Truck Jump!
In this video clip I would say there's great acceleration towards the jump, but I couldn't help but ponder what would happen if the people on the other side of the truck weren't paying attention and didn't catch the bike? From the look of things the two guys holding the net almost didn't catch the bike one. Can't but wonder how durable these RC bikes are. Trust me for the price I paid for mine I am not about to try and find out.
- Driving of RC models bike Thunder Tiger Ducati 999 elektro
This is a great video showing what an electric RC bike has to offer in handling and speed. To the young RC drivers out there I would say "start with the electric first to get the hang of things." Upgrade it later to get better handling and more speed. I think someone should let the RC driver in the video clip know though that if he was in a real RC bike race he is supposed to attempt to keep the bike in between the lines. It is a good thing that this track doesn't have walls; otherwise, we would have a 1/5th sized pinball machine -- although I think that would be a lot of fun to watch as well.
