Cleaning and Oiling Your Air Filter

Racing your nitro RC on the street or even off-road can take its toll on the nitro engine's air filter from dirt and other debris that get inside and reduce the performance of your nitro engine. Cleaning the air filter is part of the maintenance needed to keep your RC at optimal performance.

Cleaning the air filter is a fairly simple task. You will need:

• Bowl of soapy water (such as dishwashing liquid or hand soap)
• Paper towels or clean shop towels
• Compressed air (optional)
• Air filter oil
