Put the new spacer into the gear box with the label facing down.

Put in New Spur Gear and Spacer in Gear Box

Put the new spur gear in with the small end facing inward and larger backside facing out. Then replace the wheel hub cover that you removed in step 5.

- Install the Upgrade Kit
- Removing Plastic Strip Holding Motor in Place
- Remove Cover on Spur Gear
- Remove Motor and Plastic Spacer
- Remove the Wheel Hub Cover and the Spur Gear
- Choose a Gear Setup
- Put in New Spur Gear and Spacer in Gear Box
- Replace the Pinion Gear
- Remove Leads to Old Motor
- Install the Motor, Heat Sink, Reassemble the XMODS
